Chapter 30, Subchapter 30.5, filed in the Commonwealth Register Volume 31, Number 4, April 27, 2009, holders of foreign student entry permits may apply for renewal by submitting an application on or prior to the expiration of the foreign student entry permit.
Existing foreign student permit holders with permits expiring anytime after Nov. 13, 2009 may submit their renewal applications prior to the close of business on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, with all of the required documents.
Current foreign student permit holders are encouraged to submit their renewal applications prior to the established deadline.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
All new applicants should submit their applications at least 10 calendar days prior to the expiration of their entry permit, and no later than Nov. 13, 2009.
All new applications for foreign students should be submitted prior to the close of business on Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, with all required documents.
Applications submitted within less than 10 days from the expiration of the entry permit will be denied.
This is to ensure that all documents are processed through the Department of Commerce and Division of Immigration, in time before permit expiration.
