Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman ordered Theofin Secharraimul and Isaac W. Rangiil to appear in his courtroom on Nov. 5.
Records showed Secharraimul had been convicted of one misdemeanor and two felonies, while Rangiil was convicted of one felony, hence they violated the provisions of their entry to the CNMI and are deportable aliens.
Secharraimul entered a guilty plea on Dec. 14, 2000 to the offense of assault and battery, wherein he was sentenced to one year imprisonment, all suspended except for three days with three credit time already served.
He was placed under the direction and supervision of the Office of the Adult Probation and was ordered to follow the terms and conditions of his probation, records showed.
On Sept. 13, 2003, Secharraimul entered a guilty plea for attempted second degree sexual assault.
The court imposed 18 months imprisonment, with credit for time already served, and he was placed on supervised probation for three and a half years.
Secharraimul was a registered sex offender with the Department of Public Safety, records showed.
Rangiil entered a guilty plea on April 2, 2004 for the crime of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, records showed.
He was sentenced to five years imprisonment, all suspended except for the three years with credit from the time served from April 24, 2003.
He was also placed under supervised probation for the remainder of his suspended sentence for five years, plus an additional five years period under the direction and supervision of the Office of the Adult Probation, records showed.
