Rangamar received his diploma from Dr. Lee Endress, dean, College of Security Studies.
Rangamar joined 74 other senior military and civilian leaders from 31 countries and territories, primarily from throughout the Asia-Pacific region, as well as representatives from the United Nations, attending the four-week course to study regional crisis management issues.
The Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies is a U.S. Department of Defense regional study, conference and research center.
The center’s mission is to educate, connect, and empower security practitioners to advance Asia-Pacific security.
