Deleon Guerrero birdied in Hole No. 4 to finish 9-over par 45 in the front nine and tied with Rosario as they both pared in Hole 13. He beat Rosario by one stroke in the Hole 18 and finished 47 in the back to have a gross of 92 which his 19 handicap trimmed down to 73.
Rosario pared in Holes 13 and 17 to top month tournament.
Marianas Fajardo and retired Judge Edward Manibusan who both bogeyed in Hole 2 and in Hole 5 with the lowest handicap tied in net 75.
Fajardo clinched the third place in a scorecard play in Hole 3 where Manibusan double bogeyed.
Manibusan who birdied three times shot the lowest gross of 77.
