NMI prepares holiday care packages

Like last year, the program sends out holiday care package boxes to military service members from the CNMI.

All branches of service, reservists and active duty are included.

The packages contain local cookies, dried mango, Spam, local newspapers/magazines, Red Cross supplies etc.

According to the CNMI Office of Military Affairs, there are more than 300 servicemembers who list the CNMI as home.

CNMI Homefront Support needs your help letting these families know that we would like to send their loved one a free care package.

Families need to send their service members mailing address  to  [email protected]  or call the NMI chapter at 234-3459.

The packages will be sent this Saturday, Nov. 28, from the Army Reserve Center. All address information will be confidential and not shared outside of this program.

For more information, call 234-3459.
