Garrison said a meeting was scheduled yesterday to start the second phase of the project which will include Koblerville Elementary School, Garapan Elementary School, Gregorio T. Camacho Elementary School, Kagman High School, Chacha Ocean View Junior High, Tinian Junior High School, Sinapalo Elementary School, Rota High School and Tinian Elementary School.
”We are looking at considerable savings for PSS in terms of energy costs, and renewable energy for the Commonwealth Utilities Corp.,” Garrison said.
