
Jacqueline Padiernos Che, federal programs officer at the CNMI Public School System, is the first from the CNMI and the Pacific region to be selected for the 31st Class of the International Women’s Forum’s Global Leadership Fellows Program. The 2025 cohort includes 46 accomplished women leaders from Australia, the Bahamas, Canada, India, Mexico, South Africa, the United States and, for the first time, Armenia. These fellows represent a wide range of sectors including corporate, government, nonprofit, academia, and entrepreneurship, with expertise in areas such as communications, education policy, energy, finance, healthcare, human resources, law, private equity and impact investing, and technology. Che completed the IWF Global Transformative Leadership Program at Harvard Business School on June 10, 2025.
