Power houses, IT&E, Hyatt and NTT Docomo down to the seventh seeded team will have a bye leaving Department of Community and Cultural Affairs, Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting, Commonwealth Health Center and Customs in a skirmish to be in the eighth seed.
Which ever team gets it, will face pennant champion, Hyatt Regency Saipan on Nov. 30.
DCCA will face ARRF at 6:30 p.m. while CHC will play Customs in the 8 p.m. game.
The winning teams will face off on Nov. 19, and whoever prevails will move on to play collide with Bank of Guam on Nov. 20.
