Merer met with the director of youth and civic affairs, Larry Raigetal, following his courtesy call on Anefal at 9 a.m.
He continued his meetings after lunch with the general manager of Yap State Public Service Corp., Faustino Yangmog, and state Historic Preservation Officer James Lukan.
The French counselor will also meet with Congressman Joseph Urusemal at the Yap Delegation Office.
His last scheduled meeting will be with Yap Sports Council Office Director Paul Lane at the Small Business Development Center.
Merer will also have follow-up meetings with the departments and other relevant agencies of the state government.
The counselor is accompanied by research assistant Isabella Epaillard.
