Joseph Ray Arriola Jr., 20, was released to his father Joseph, and Kurt M. King, 29, to his common-law wife Marcia S. Maratita, 32, after the bail modification hearing yesterday.
Inos reduced the bail from $25,000 to $15,000, either in cash or property bond, and ordered Arriola and King to be in court for their arraignment on Dec. 21.
Arriola was represented by Chief Public Defender Adam Hardwicke, while attorney Ramon Quichocho served as King’s counsel. Assistant Attorney General George Hasselback is prosecuting the case.
