(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is reminding students across the Commonwealth that the deadline to apply for its Annual Educational Scholarship Program is rapidly approaching! All completed applications must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025.
This annual scholarship program underscores the Chamber’s mission to support higher education and invest in the future of the CNMI workforce. To date, the SCC has awarded over $160,000 to local students pursuing college or vocational training.
Made possible through funds raised at the Annual Business Person of the Year Gala and Scholarship Golf Tournament, the scholarship program is generously supported by Chamber members and community partners.
Available scholarships
• Chamber Educational Scholarship: For students attending/planning to attend Northern Marianas College.
• Pellegrino Vocational Scholarship: For students attending/planning to attend Northern Marianas Technical Institute.
Ideal applicants should demonstrate academic motivation, commitment to community service, and a clear intention to contribute to the CNMI workforce. All applications will be reviewed and screened by the Chamber’s Education & Workforce Development Committee.
How to apply
Applications are available at the Chamber office, 2nd Floor, Marianas Business Plaza, Suite #201-A.
Printed copies can be delivered to schools upon request.
Submit completed forms in person by June 30, 2025 at 12 noon.
Recipients will be honored at the Chamber’s General Membership Meeting in August.
