As Perdido, As Terlaje rezoning submitted to Legislature

Under the proposal, the As Perdido area being requested for rezoning is located east of the traffic light intersection.

The other location proposed for  rezoning is   located south of Northern Marianas College’s south open field in As Terlaje,   

One person showed up for the As Terlaje public hearing and was in favor it.

For the As Perdido rezoning public hearing one person showed up and was also in favor.

“The Legislature has the final word. If they approve it, it will become part of the law,” said Zoning Administrator Victor Barrett.
