Beginning today, tickets are available for sale for $5 each or $20 per book of five tickets from Rotary Club members.
The Las Vegas Night will be held from 7 p.m. to 12 midnight on March 27 at the Saipan World Resort grand ballroom.
Last year’s event was held in July.
Las Vegas Night features blackjack, roulette, kina, craps and Texas Hold ‘Em Poker.
The ther major prizes are $3,000 for the first prize winner; $2,000 and $1,000 cash for the second and third prize winners; and $500 cash prizes each for the fourth and fifth place winners.
All ticket holders are entitled entry to the Las Vegas Night event and can participate in all raffle draws to be held that night.
Door prizes are also up for grabs but you have to be present to win.
During the regular meeting yesterday, Rotary Club members urged the community to participate in the fundraising event by buying tickets, having fun while getting the chance to win fabulous prizes.
Last year, hundreds of people turned up for the Las Vegas Event held in the Hibiscus Hall of Fiesta Resort & Spa.
Last year’s grand prize winner, who chose the brand new Toyota, was 26-year-old Gilbert Aldan.
Lucky ticket holders also went home with attractive prizes such as hotel stays, restaurant coupons, roundtrip tickets to the Philippines and Japan, and various items from the different sponsors.
The Rotary Club increased the number of tickets printed to 8,000 this year. Last year, 7,000 tickets were printed.
