Rachael Nash has arrived to assume her new post as the grant writer who will be working with the government in soliciting external funds for identified state projects.
Nash will work under the supervision of the Director of the Office of Planning and Budget and will be responsible for research, identification, grant proposal preparation and solicitation of external grants and loans to the state, based on priority requests received from all government departments, offices and agencies.
Nash is familiar with Yap, as she previously served two years on Fais Island as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer.
