She was referring to the threat made to disrupt the scheduled meeting of the board at 10 a.m. today.
“The FBI and the Department of Public Safety are doing their job, and we will also,” she said in an e-mail to Variety.
Today will be the board’s first meeting since King was elected as the new chairwoman on Dec. 30.
“Personnel matters” are on the agenda.
Some members of the NMC community believe that these have something to do with the college’s controversial president, Carmen Fernandez.
