The information filed by the AGO in court stated that Malabanan had sex with a minor, then 13 years old in 2006.
Malabanan, who has been released to his mother as third party custodian, was arrested on New Year’s Eve.
In other news, Julian M. Sablan, 21, and Terrence C. Cabrera, 18, were ordered to appear in court for their arraignment yesterday.
They were each charged with one count of theft, one count of burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, and one count of criminal mischief.
The court has imposed a $25,000 bail on each of them.
They were arrested for breaking into an Internet café in Afetnas v on Sept. 10, 2009 and for taking $2,500 worth of computer items.
Two men were also scheduled to be arraigned yesterday for breaking into a house and a car in Dec. 15, 2009 and for trying to steal the valuables of a couple.
Nick Lizama Muna, 18, and Olkeril M. Techur, 20, were charged with one count of theft, one count of burglary, one count of conspiracy to commit burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and disturbing the peace.
Police said that on Dec. 15, 2009, Muna took two sets of house keys and the government identification card of Brian Sanchez, while Techur entered with intent to commit theft at the residence of Ana Cabrera Santos.
In the process, Techur broke Santos’s front screen door and Christmas decorative lights.
Techur also damaged the rear glass window of Jesse Cabrera Santos’s car.
