The suspects with age ranging from 11 to 15 years oldare all residents of Idid hamlet.
Based on the investigation, the victim is walking ataround 8:46 p.m. when the three suspects armed with pipe and rocks approached him and threatened to beat him up.But the victim ignored them and continued walking. Prompting the suspects to get angry and started throwingrocks hitting the victims head.
As a result, the victim fell to the ground and the suspects kicked him.
Resident fromIkelau, who witnessed the scene,called the police and reported the incident.The police responded to the scene andthe victim immediately rushed him to the Belau National Hospital for treatment.
A police manhunt is now launched against the three suspects.
