Mr. Congressman, I think you should be aware that it is important to have us, recycling centers, around here.
The public must be allowed to dispose their waste and recycle them. The 45-day holding period is working good as mandated by the law in place.
I highly recommend that you and the PUTC committee review our existing law and how it can be more effective. One thing I see missing is communication.
Furthermore, if you and the PUTC committee should have the time, please come down to my recycling facility and get more understanding about how important we are here in doing this business.
