A $100 bail, or 10 percent of $1,000, was set by the Superior Court for Kchek Bunusek’s temporary liberty.
The remaining $900 must be posted as an unsecured or appearance bond.
Associate Judge David Wiseman remanded Bunusek to the custody of the Department of Corrections.
In his affidavit, Detective Jesse Seman said the police responded to a disturbance incident at Garapan Central Park at about 10 p.m.
Police learned that Bunusek “was too drunk” and was asking for a fight with several individuals.
Officer John Mendiola then told to Bunusek leave and not to come back but the defendant “would not listen.”
Mendiola said Bunusek was very uncooperative and again caused a disturbance.
