The court sentenced Ham to a term of 364 days imprisonment, all suspended except for the time already served in the custody of the Department of Corrections since his arrest on Oct. 4, 2009 for assault and battery.
Upon his release, Ham will serve an additional two years and seven months in probation, the court said.
For disturbing the peace, Ham will serve six months in jail, all suspended.
The court also ordered him to pay a $100 fine, a $25 assessment fee, and to perform 100 hours of community work service.
Ham was arrested in Upper Miha in Garapan after he created trouble during a drinking session.
Angey, for his part, was sentenced to a term of 364 days imprisonment, all suspended, except for the first 10 days, with full credit for 10 days served.
The court placed him on supervised probation for the remaining period of his suspended sentence.
He will also pay a $100 fine, a $25 assessment fee, and perform 100 hours community service.
He was ordered to return to court for his restitution hearing on June 23, 2010.
Angey was arrested after he hit a female household member on Nov. 25, 2008 with a metal broom.
