And with the game having both challengers not able to pull away, the two Western Union stalwarts combined for a much better offensive execution that initiated an 8 – 0 run midway to the fourth taking advantage of Surangel’s bigman, Eric Manio, being in foul trouble. From there, Surangel could not get an answer thus succumbing to the defending champs with a final tally of 114 – 101despite of another extraordinary feat by Arnold Undecimo of Surangel who contributed for 36 points.
Other winners for that afternoon are Jaguar Team who drubbed team Royal Cargo, 71 – 69, HANPA Cardinals who dealt with AXE – Choppers 70 – 60, then the raging Ilocandia – BULLS crushing team PDC – RAMS with a final tally of 91 – 75.
