With Johnny Guerrero leading off a walk before Camacho drove him in with a sacrifice fly in the top of the first inning, the Fielders set the strong lead over the Hustlers.
Ngeskebei singled before Mike Tenorio hit a run-scoring single. Kevin Villagomez walked and stole second base, then, RJ Villagomez sent him to the home plate with a single.
Camacho added three strike outs and Ngeskebei had an easy catch against McHarry Scaliem in the bottom of the fourth to help the Fielders scoresless in three straight innings.
Jeremy Lizama’s double helped the Hustlers cut the lead in the bottom of the fifth. Manny Flores hit an RBI single to close in.
The Fielders added one more run in the top of the six to pull away again.
The Hustlers’ base runners scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh but the Fielders’ perfect catch on short stop ended their hope to come back, securing the Fielders’ 8-6 victory.
Hunters 5, D-9ers 3
Relief pitcher, Joseph Palacios struck out 13 and allowed only three runs to help the Hunters beat the D-9ers, 5-3.
Down by two runs, the Hunters mounted the rally in the top of the second inning with Eloy Cruz firing a two-run double.
D-9ers’ catcher Peter Lieto tied the ball game with an RBI single in the bottom of the second.
But Palacios strengthened the defense from the mound as he beat most of the batters with 12 more strike out, giving up only one hit and a walk to keep the D-9ers scoreless all the way to the ball game.
Ol’ Aces 9, Lion King 2
The Ol’ Aces had a tough first base to throw out batters on a rundown and held the Kagman Lion Kings scoreless in most part of the game.
After allowing two runs in the bottom of the first inning, the Ol’ Aces strengthened their defense on the first base.
Lawrence Iguel set the lead with two-run double in the top of the first inning and Jesse Yamagishi drove-in a run with a single.
The Ol’ Aces endured three scoreless straight innings before they came back again in the fifth with Keoni Lizama hitting an RBI double, Yamagishi firing his second RBI and Rocco Reyes, an RBI single as well.
