The state resolution has been transmitted to the House of Delegates.
Under the resolution, the 7th Ngeremlengui State Legislature stated that the recently completed Performance Audit Report submitted by the Office of the Public Auditor covering the period of Oct. 1, 2001 to Sept. 30, 2007 clearly indicated numerous financial infractions that cost Ngeremlengui State Government substantial amount of public funds.
It also shows that several of these financial infractions are caused though lack of state government implementation procedures to guarantee that the state government funding are properly disbursed and in accordance to establish state laws and rules and regulations.
The resolution introduced by Ngeremlegui State Legislature Speaker was passed on the first reading of the first regular session of the 7th OEN on Feb.
