Ringlen, 18, drank two cans of beer in violation of a court order that prohibited him from consuming alcohol and required him to observe a curfew from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., according to Detective Melinda D. Villanueva.
Police earlier responded to a theft case incident on Feb. 22, 2010 at about 12:56 a.m. which was later re-classified as minor consuming liquor.
Superior court Associate Judge Kenneth Govendo imposed a $1,000 bail for Ringlen who was remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections after the hearing
