Mori to FSM citizens in NMI: ‘Be good’

“They should be law-abiding citizens,” the visiting president said in an interview.

The FSM, which is made up of the states of Chuuk, Kosrae, Pohnpei and Yap, is an independent nation  freely associated with the United States. Its citizens can freely travel, work and study, anywhere in the U.S. and its territories.

In a separate interview, Kosrae Lt. Gov. William Tosie said FSM citizens in the U.S. who have been convicted of felonies are never allowed to return.

He is urging FSM citizens in the CNMI to always observe the law of their host government and to stay away from crimes.
