Man gets 235 days for assault

Upon his release, Tommy Iderbei Jr. will be placed on probation for four years under the direction and supervision of the Office of Adult Probation.

He will not to have any contact with his victims, and he must pay them restitution which has yet to be determined.

He will also perform 100 hours community service and pay a $25 fine.

Assistant Attorney General Brian Gallagher prosecuted the case while Assistant Public Defender Matthew Holley represented Iderbei.
