Mesngon was this year’s salutatorian and received the Commissioner of Education Award of Excellence.
Lunita Jaeneith C. King was the third honorable mention while Denn M. Manglona received an honorable mention.
Teacher Aubrey Manglona Hocog was the keynote speaker while Monsignor Louis Antonelli, the San Isidro parish priest, offered the invocation.
The emcees were Jesse B. Manglona and Therese R. Hizon.
The ceremony was held at the Rota Round House.
