Letter to the Editor: The most present and imminent danger

I will throw the biggest 30 cases of beer party and all the works including big tents and a musical  band because it is my son’s first birthday, and there is nothing wrong with that because that is what we called culture.

Picnics are unusual if there is not at least five to 10 cases of beer and the aroma of the BBQ permeating a thousand feet and that is fine because that is what we call “having a nice weekend.”

Hey, that’s fine! We are all working in the CNMI government. We will get another pay check in two weeks.

Everybody gets that; no need to worry even if our government is at the point of exhaustion, we will always have good paying jobs waiting for us within the CNMI GOVERNMENT right?

Read the newspaper man! It couldn’t be further from the truth. The CNMI government is going down, and going down fast financially. In the simplest term what I am saying here is that the CNMI government is going BROKE!

Going BANKRUPT! And that’s  the most present and imminent danger because we are being  distracted by so many exciting things that a lot of us do not recognize this to be the real case! Even if we compare that to the Interior’s recommendations to Congress, the CNMI government going broke is the most present and imminent danger. En fin serafin.
