Parents and guardians of students residing in the San Antonio-Afetnas and Dandan areas should register their children at MHS.
Those in Koblerville should enroll at SSHS.
Registration is now ongoing.
“We need to cap the number of enrollees at SSHS due to the unanticipated growth in the school zone area,” Sablan said.
MHS is the largest public secondary high school in the commonwealth. At the end of school year 2009-2010, MHS was home to some 1,213 students with about 50 classrooms but was still able to accommodate the overflow.
The Public School System will provide students bus services from San Antonio and Dandan to Marianas High School
SSHS, home to some 850 students, has 31 classrooms and has already maximized its capacity.
