The Aguaguat girls who made their way to the finals by defeating Red Dirt for Will and Hitters in the earlier skirmish put up an early lead and never gave Senyavence the chance to recover leading to their 4-2 victory.
Aguaguat is sponsored by Radiocom while Senyavence is sponsored by Attorney Lillian Ada Tenorio.
The second placers, Senyavence made it to the finals after beating the Hitters, 8-2 in the losers’ bracket game.
The Hitters settled for the third place and the Red Dirt for Will placed fourth and won the sportsmanship trophy.
Team Adams went fifth and had consolation prize.
Team Faha that remained undefeated in the regular season had six home runs during the finals to beat the Calikano Five in the men’s division.
The Faha sluggers held the Fives scoreless then, Roy and Toi homered consecutively in the second.
Byron fired his second homer—a two-run home run to stretch the lead again and had another one HR, and Team Faha secured their victory.
