Ogumoro, Covenant-Saipan, said she has brought this up with some of her colleagues in the House and the Legislative Bureau.
She said the plan is to have a weekly press conference every Thursday.
She and the other House members still have to agree on a proposed schedule.
Once they finalize the plan, she said they still immediately inform the media.
Ogumoro said it’s in the best interest of the people to have the media regularly reporting about the Legislature.
Part of her plan is to have the Legislature’s communication system linked with the cable TV station so that the people can watch regular sessions right at their homes.
