MVA asks JAL, ANA to serve Saipan out of Haneda Airport

Michael Merner, managing director of MVA for Japan who is also with the firm Marketing Garden Ltd., said Haneda will open its new runway in October which signals the start of new regularly scheduled international flights.

“Although no airlines are planning Haneda-CNMI flights at this time, MVA Japan continues to approach JAL and ANA to operate. MVA Japan is also approaching Skymark to operate charter flights to the CNMI from Haneda,” said Merner during his presentation at MVA’s general membership meeting yesterday.
