DFS honors employees of the month

Junping was recommended by her supervisor Jamika Reyes.   Junping or “Didi,” as many call her, provides excellent customer service.  She has a sincere smile that gains customers’ trust.

A customer purchased beauty products from her, and expressed interest in products from one of our boutiques.

She personally escorted the customer to the boutique, where the customer subsequently made a large purchase qualifying as a referral to our Platinum Services Club.

They also proceeded to another boutique and purchased a bag, and then to the chocolate department for more purchases.

Didi uses a very creative approach to help her customers make the decision to buy at DFS.

Didi uses a tactical approach when offering Gift with Purchase to the customer.

Her sales approach paired with her excellent customer service is what sets DFS Beauty department apart from the other shops that sell beauty products.

Her customers always leave happy and confident about their purchases. Didi was hired on July 2003.

Mari was nominated by her supervisor, Charlene Quitano.

According to Charlene, Mari puts extra effort in what she does.

Her outstanding performance shines as lovely as her smile!

Although Mari is new with DFS, she has shown excellent teamwork and dependability to her department which is Client Services.

She can be relied on for both Concierge and Platinum Services Club.

In addition, she already built a strong relationship with several local tour guides and also local PSC members.

Mari demonstrates great flexing skills, making her reliable and productive with her customers and colleagues as well. Mari has been with DFS since December 2009.

Both employees received a framed employee of the month certificate, a $50 gift certificate, and lunch with the DFS Saipan president and/or GM/AGM’s.

They are now eligible for the 2010 DFS Employee of the Year Award in theircategories.
