Wiseman sentenced Camacho, who assaulted his wife’s supervisor at their office, to seven days imprisonment, all suspended except for one day, with credit for one day already served. He also placed Camacho on supervised probation for one year.
Camacho will report to the Community Guidance Center for an initial evaluation and undergo anger management counseling. He will write a letter of apology to his victim David Rosario and to the staff of the Division of Environmental Quality. He was also fined by $500, and to pay $25 assessment fee within 30 days after sentencing.
Camacho pleaded no contest to the charge of assault and battery, and disturbing the peace.
