Wiseman earlier placed the charges — not three counts as incorrectly reported — under advisement after jurors cleared Camacho of three counts of child abuse last May.
Wiseman convicted Camacho of assault and battery of his wife.
In a supplement to judgment convicting Camacho, Wiseman ruled that the court found “beyond a reasonable doubt” that Camacho was guilty of the crime as charged after careful consideration of the testimony and credibility of the witnesses, exhibits introduced into evidence, argument of counsel, and pursuant to the findings made from the bench at the conclusion of the trial.
Camacho has yet to be sentenced for these convictions.
Wiseman has scheduled Camacho’s sentencing for Feb. 7, 2012 after he was convicted of obstructing justice after a bench trial on Tuesday afternoon.
Wiseman cleared Camacho of criminal contempt and unlawful contact charges.
Camacho was charged after he contacted his wife who would testify prior to a jury trial on May 2, 2011 in a separate domestic violence case, despite a court order.
