On Sept. 24, 2007, then-Chief Judge Alex R. Munson sentenced Rogolifoi to 18 months imprisonment followed by three years’ supervised release on the charge of conspiracy to commit offenses against the U.S. for submitting false, fictitious and fraudulent claims against the federal government.
The court ordered Rogolifoi to pay a total of $5,177 as restitution to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. He was also ordered to pay $100 court special assessment fee, and to complete 300 hours of community service.
