CDA loans manager Oscar Camacho said the auction involves the sale of a 479 sq. m. property in San Antonio.
He said the property was last appraised at $75,000.
Another property located in Talofofo remains available.
The approximately 35,000 sq. m. has been parceled into five smaller lots, a move earlier sanctioned by the CDA board as nobody stepped forward to acquire the property.
It was previously appraised for $281,000.
This property was used by a former CDA borrower as collateral for a loan to finance a fishing venture and operation of the formerly known Kagman Market.
CDA was able to sell the latter for $350,000 because it is an income-producing property in an ideal location.
Buyers interested to acquire properties and those interested to bid on the San Antonio property are encouraged to call the CDA at 234-6245 for more information.
