Borja was convicted of distributing “ice” near a school, and his supervised release ended on Oct. 27, 2011.
On Oct. 29, 2007, then-Chief Judge Alex R. Munson sentenced Borja to five months imprisonment followed by four years’ supervised released.
On Nov. 14, 2002, Borja sold “ice” within 1,000 feet from St. Joseph Catholic School, according to the indictment.
