These extended hours are only for the evening of Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011 until 4: a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012. This authorization does not allow for further expansion of the extended hours. Any abuse of this extension will not be tolerated. This authorization only applies to Class-3 On-Sale licensees.
Call the Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco Control Division Hotline at 483-1821 to report any violation of the extended hours of sale.
