Christmas Eve dining at the Hyatt
Enjoy a hassle-free, sumptuous buffet at the Miyako from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow, Dec. 24, for $28 per person.
For Christmas eve dinner, you have four delicious options — set menu at Giovanni’s for $70 and $90 per person, set menu at Teppanyaki at $100 per person, buffet at the Miyako for $50 per person inclusive of refreshing green tea, and buffet at the Kili Café and Terrace for $50 per person inclusive of beer, Gluhwein and refreshing iced tea.

Christmas dining
On Sunday, think of nothing else but relax and enjoy a sumptuous Christmas Day brunch at any of the hotel’s restaurants.
Separate buffets at Giovanni’s and Kili Café and Terrace for $50 per person includes sparkling wine, eggnog, wines and beer starts from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and a Christmas lunch buffet at the Miyako starts at 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Japanese menu
For $40 per person, enjoy a Christmas dinner Japanese menu with live entertainment starting tonight and until Dec. 25 at the Dolphin Restaurant from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Dig into the savory flavors of three kinds of appetizers, assorted sashimi, clam soup, grilled gindara saikyo yaki, tenderloin steak witih pon-zu and sesame sauce, seafood chirashi sushi, miso soup pickles, Christmas cakes, and coffee or tea.
Western menu
For those who prefer a Western menu with live entertainment for Christmas dinner, the Dolphin Restaurant offers assorted appetizers, French onion soup, grilled fish fillet with tomato and Balsamic bark, tropical sherbet, tenderloin steak “Prince Style” in red wine and Madeira sauce, bread or rice, Christmas cakes, and coffee or tea. The Western menu is also $40 per person
Christmas brunch
On Sunday, enjoy a Christmas brunch with family and friends from 11 am to 2 p.m. at the Dolphin Restaurant. Menu for the day includes baked ham, tempura, sashimi, roast beef, pasta, roast turkey, sukiyaki, fish escabeche, and more. The menu includes sparkling wine and ice tea, for $18 per person.
Sunday brunch special
Dolphin’s Restaurant also offers a Sunday Brunch Special from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday and on New Year’s Day.
For $23 per person (local price), have your fill of a roast pig, ham, chef’s station, sashimi, desserts, tempura, and more. Cap your brunch with a selection of sparkling wine, beers, and three kinds of juices and coffee.
