Coral Ocean Point was very pleased to learn that housekeeper Jenny Tengco rushed to turn in $101 placed on top of a bed. It was a tip left by a satisfied guest.
Tengco, however, thought the guest made a mistake.
The front desk then talked with the guest, Kijima Shoichi of Rm. 103, and learned that he did make a mistake and thought he left a $1 bill only. He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Tengco for her honesty.
As a formal acknowledgement, Coral Ocean Point management handed a “Certificate of Appreciation” to Tengco.
