Hard Rock Café Saipan operations head Reynaldo Perez said the event will be held in coordination with Saipan Music & Dance Studio headed by Ester Sablan.
“We would like to invite all children below 11years old to wear their best and spookiest Halloween costume to win prizes,” Perez said.
The Halloween costume categories are King & Queen of Horror, Most Unique Costume & Best Impersonator, Best in Super Hero Costume, Best in Fantasy, Cutiest & Sexiest Punk, and the Most Scary & Spooky costume.
There will be musical variety numbers from Saipan Music & Dance talents.
Part of the proceeds of this event will be donated to the developmental projects of the Garapan youth community.
Entrance ticket is $5, exclusive of food and drinks and only one chaperone is allowed per child.
