The 2011 Mayor’s office Halloween Treat will be held in the parking lotoft the mayor’s office at Afetnas Plaza in San Antonio.
The program will start at 4 p.m.
“We are inviting the children, to come after school and enjoy our Halloween treats,” Seman said.
