The meeting brought managers from throughout Asia, including Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Australia.
Many were making their first trip ever to Guam, according to James Mueller, vice president of Asia-Pacific for the newly merged United Airlines.
“These people will be selling Guam throughout the region,” Mueller said, adding “I am delighted to bring our regional sales and marketing management to Guam. Guam offers a growing potential for the new United. It’s very important for our teams to experience and know the island firsthand.”
