They gathered numerous weathered wreaths, damaged candles, old flowers, trash, and other debris covering several graves at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Chalan Kanoa.
The SSHS JROTC group consisting of over 59 cadets and volunteers accomplished another day of team work to serve the community.
The group will have another cleanup this coming Saturday to clean the other part of the cemetery. They encourage the community to also volunteer on the next cleanup in making the cemetery a suitable place for visiting loved ones.
