Hyatt marketing communications assistant manager Luis Villagomez said the Oktoberfest cocktail will start from 6 p.m. and end at 7:30p.m.
He said during the complimentary cocktail evening, guests will be treated to exceptional entertainment, food and beers on Friday will be done through the Hyatt Regency’s partnership with Carlsberg.
“The complimentary cocktail night is by invitation only where guests can partake of the special concoctions the hotel’s expert culinary team has prepared for the event,” Villagomez said.
The menu will include cold dishes of Rye crostini with liver mousse and roasted red pepper, green asparagus rolls with smoked Bavarian ham and horseradish crea, Edam cheese, pearl onion and tomato skewers, mini tart with spinach, red onion, gruyere crust, German sausage, sauerkraut, honey mustard, Caraway seed and rosemary straw, celery stick, anchovy parsley remoulade and spiced nuts. The Oktoberfest cocktail is $12 per person.
