PALIKIR, Pohnpei (FSMIS) — President Manny Mori has signed Congressional Act 17-24, now Public Law 17-19, approving the appropriation of $44,251,617 from the general fund of the FSM to fund the operations of the national government’s branches, agencies and programs and to provide for other obligations under grants, subsidies and contributions for FY 2012.
