“This is an excellent opportunity to promote the Northern Marianas as a romantic travel destination for couples and to enhance our image by linking with celebrity couples,” said Marianas Visitors Authority marketing manager Bruce Bateman.
The group arrived on Thursday and filming will be held at Laolao Bay Golf Resort, Pacific Islands Club Saipan, award-winning Managaha island, and picturesque Banzai Cliff. The group departed on Sunday, Sept. 4.
“Darling” has an 8.5 percent viewership rate and is especially popular among women ages 30 to 50. The filming is supported by the MVA, Asiana Airlines, Laolao Bay Golf Resort, PIC Saipan, and Hana Tour.
