Inos appointed Steve K. Mesngon to represent Rota on the board, replacing former Police Officer Adrian A. Mendiola whose term is supposed to expire on April 13, 2016.
“It gives me great pleasure to appoint you to serve as a member of the Board of Parole representing Rota,” Inos told Mesngon in his appointment letter.
Mesngon will serve Mendiola’s remaining term.
Inos said he and Gov. Benigno R. Fitial are confident that Mesngon “will devote your time and efforts to represent the interest of our community.”
