Manglona credited time served by Honglian Cheng since her arrest last May.
The court did not impose any fine, but ordered Honglian Cheng to pay a $100 court assessment fee. The $8,793 and 30,000 Chinese yuan (over $4,700) she received from her victims was forfeited.
She will be placed on one year supervised release.
Honglian Cheng was represented by court-appointed defense attorney Colin Thompson while Assistant U.S. Attorney Beverly McCallum represented the federal government.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Kirk Schuler, the original prosecutor, had already relocated.
